The opini...Dave, Thanks for posting this decision. The opinion is an interesting read, and tells the tale of several attorneys withdrawing from representing the developer, and the State eventually running out of patience. Makes one wonder about the financial ability of the LLC to pay the penalty, and whether the State would pursue a veil-piercing theory to hold the LLC members accountable in this case.
